Legacy Christian Fellowship - Youth Fall Retreat

Our Youth Ministry is hosting a weekend retreat this fall. If you are in the 6th – 12th grade, you are invited to join us at Golden Bell Camp in Divide, CO on Friday, October 6th – Sunday October 8th. This is a great opportunity for students to step away from everyday life and grow closer with God as well as each other. Cost is $158. More detailed information about the retreat is coming soon. In consideration of Legacy Christian Fellowship allowing the student(s) to participate in this youth event, I hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Legacy Christian Fellowship, its pastor, employees, leaders, volunteers and teachers (collectively herein the "Church") from any and all liability, claims or demands for accidental personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature which may be incurred by the undersigned and the student(s) while participating in the event. I, the parent or legal guardian of the student(s), hereby grant my permission for the student(s) to participate fully in this youth event. I, on behalf of my minor student(s), hereby assume all risk of accidental personal injury, sickness, death, damage and expenses as a result of participation in recreation and work activities involved therein. I further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify said church for any liability sustained by said Church as the result of the negligent, willful or unintentional acts of said student(s), including expenses incurred attendant thereto.
