BASE CAMP KIDS

We are Base Camp Kids! and we are very excited to show your child the love of Jesus and to help them grow and flourish!  In order to preserve a safe and Christ centered environment for everyone, please read the following "What to expect". Thank you and hope to see you soon!

Here's what to expect when you come to Base Camp Kids at any service.

Checking in your Children

• A parent/guardian MUST accompany their child to the appropriate  classroom, where a volunteer will sign your child in on a sheet.
• Please ensure your child uses the bathroom prior to check-in.
• Upon check-in, each parent will be given a ticket number. This ticket number MUST be presented to pick up your child after service at the Kids Ministry check-in stand. Children will not be released unless this number is presented. The tickets will be sanitized after each use.
• Parents can check-in their child no earlier than 10 minutes before service, when the classrooms are ready and teachers/helpers are ready to receive them.
• If a child arrives more than 10 minutes after service has started, they will not be able to check-in to the classroom. Instead, they may attend service with their parent/guardian in the overflow room, café, or sanctuary.
• If a child has ANY of the following symptoms, they will not be able to check-in to Kids Ministry:
  • Fever of 100.4 or greater
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea
  • Headache
  • Body aches
  • Vomiting
• Teachers/helpers/Kids will not be required to wear masks during Kids Church.
• Kids will use hand sanitizer though-out their time in class as needed.

Sunday Classes 9am & 11am 

• Nursery (0 - 3yrs) will meet in one classroom upstairs, where they will participate in worship, prayer, video lesson and fun.
• PreK/K - 1st grade will meet downstairs in the first room on the left, where they will participate in worship, prayer, lesson, craft and possible a game.
• 2nd - 5th grade will meet downstairs in the second room on the right, where they will participate in worship, prayer, lesson, craft and possible a game.

Checking out your children

• Once a child is checked-in to Kids Ministry, they will not be permitted to leave until they are checked-out by a parent/guardian.
• Promptly after service has ended, please check-out your child from his/her classroom using the ticket number you were given at check-in.
• Children will not be allowed to “hang out” in the classrooms before or after service.
