Welcome to Legacy!
We are a family of real people who love the Lord and each other with all that we are. We are a “come as you are” church, and we can’t wait to meet you! You’ll see that we represent the diversity and beauty of God’s creation, proving that God welcomes every person, no matter their background, to His table! Come as you are on the inside and the outside – in your favorite pair of jeans or your favorite suit. You’ll be welcomed here, and we can’t wait to see you!
On Sunday mornings, we offer services at both 9am and 11am. Come early if you'd like to enjoy some fellowship time, or have some coffee or breakfast sandwiches in the coffee shop. We have greeters at the sanctuary and at the Info Booth that can answer any questions you may have. We begin each service with powerful, upbeat worship, led by our contemporary praise team. Worship is followed by a meet-and-greet, and then we dive into the Word with Pastor John. Make sure you bring your Bible (or feel free to borrow one of ours!) because we take a systematic approach to our Bible Study, going chapter by chapter and verse by verse each week, knowing fully that His living Word will comfort us, convict us, and bring change in our lives. Children's Ministry is available during both services for infants through 6th graders. Our Guys and Girls Life Groups for teens and 'tweens 6th grade and up meet separately at 11am during 2nd service.
On Wednesday evenings, come enjoy an intimate time of worship and teaching that begins at 6:30. On these evenings, we have a slightly different format that allows us to spend time discussing the message openly at the end of the service. Our youth group meets on Wednesdays as well, joining the adults for worship and then moving into the youth room for the rest of the evening for a study, fun and fellowship.
If we can tell you one thing before you come, let it be this – you don’t have to fix yourself up before you come! We serve a God who sees, a God who knows your past and your present, and a God who has a plan for you future. He has rejoiced with you in your victories, and he is waiting with open arms to comfort you through your trials. None of us is perfect, but every day we try to walk the path God has us on with courage and honor.
